Wij hadden kamer 357 die mooi en goed was. Helaas, het gerommel en lawaai boven onze kamer op de vierde verdiep was minder aangenaam (stoelen en bedden verschuiven end. -Gelukkig tijdens de nacht was het stil. Dat honden in het restaurant Odyse worden toegelaten (tijdens het diner of lunch ) vonden wij niet fijn . Ook verblijven er tegenwoordig veel mensen met vreemde nationaliteiten, niet alleen in hotel maar ook in heel Oostende.

Alles was uitstekend. Heerlijk ontbijt. Weinig geslapen, zaten op 3 de verdiep , kamers 360, 361 . Weinig geslapen, boven verdieping maakte veel lawaai, over weer lopen zoals olifant, verhuis stoelen, bonken, enz... Geen respect voor onderburen !!!

Helaas weinig info bij het inchecken over de faciliteiten zoals zwembad, wellness,… . Mooi aanbod qua ontbijt. De t****e dag had onze hond buikloop waardoor negatieve verrassingen binnen het hotel niet te mijden waren. Een voorstel om een dag vroeger uit te checken (uit hygiënische reden voor de andere gasten) werd geweigerd.

Prima hotel aan de kust. Ruime kamer met zeer goede bedden. Ruime keuze ontbijtbuffet. Half pension is aanrader. Avondeten: driegangenmenu heel lekker en porties zeker ruim genoeg. Vriendelijke bediening. fietsenstalling in ondergrondse parkeergarage.

Een heel gedoe gezien de kamer die we kregen, niet was zoals we gevraagd hadden en daarna is deze nog 3 keer veranderd… en dat was nog maar bij aankomst… Er zaten ook stukjes eierschaal in de gebakken eieren… En op de voorlaatste dag kwamen ze vragen of ze de kamer mochten schoonmaken. Binnen 5 min is ok voor ons, we zijn dan 45min weg geweest om iets te drinken en als we terug kwamen, geklop aan de deur of ze nu mochten kuisen, ja zij we dan maar op de gang gaan staan… zo veel tijd en dan als we net terug zijn komen ze kloppen Ook een heel warme kamer, net een sauna, en het was maar 22 graden buiten… Niet echt tevreden
