Het hotel ligt heel erg goed gelegen. Voor mij was het in kader van een t****aags bezoek aan het Film Festival Oostende. Je bent snel bij het strand. Heel erg vriendelijke medewerkers, zowel aan balie als in restaurant. De kamer was erg netjes en ruim. Je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt.

We hadden een matig gevoel bij het hotel. Zeer basic kamer , uitzicht op een woonstraat. Vrij donker qua belichting . Dun donsovertrek waardoor we in de nacht koud hadden. In de douche vonden we schimmelranden terug , dit zou door het hygiënisch team beter mogen aangepakt worden. Geen koffie of thee faciliteiten in de kamer . Positief vinden wij het aparte toilet in de kamer , extra hoofdkussens en kluisje. Het ontbijt is royaal qua keuze en lekker . Wel een heel drukke en grote ontbijtzaal waar we niet echt de rust vonden om rustig te ontbijten. Ideaal hotel voor 1 nachtje zonder grote verwachtingen.

Tout était parfait, chouette chambre, top resto et bar....excepté accueil....j'ai fait effort de parler en flamand....je n'avais pas tout compris au niveau du parking, la personne se répétait en parlant très vite...difficile de comprendre.

Week-end en amoureux. Le Wellness est top ! 2 zones : 1 avec maillot et 1 sans maillot. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Attention toutefois à l'accueil de la dame qui cuisine les œufs brouillés et les crêpes. Elle n'est pas très sympathique. Le gros bémol est le manque d'insonorisation des chambres. En effet, on attendait toute la conversation de nos voisins de chambre... Et le matin, à 6H, on entendait les voisins du haut marcher, parler et leurs enfants courir. Il faut absolument que l'hôtel rénove les chambres afin d'améliorer drastiquement l'insonorisation.

Ik mistte koffie/thee op de kamer. Verder werden minpuntjes goed opgelost. (Haardroger verkrijgbaar aan balie, ik kreeg mijn tasje koffie voor we gingen ontbijten) Zeker warm genoeg op de kamer! Ramen konden volledig open op 4e verdieping zonder balustrade; dat vond ik vreemd. Fijn is apart toilet! Welness is zeker een troef bij het verblijf. Ontbijt was prima en ruime keuze.

Ideaal qua kwaliteit comfort en prijs….personeel is efficiënt..hotel is goed gelegen niet ver van het centrum en de bezienswaardigheden…..de kwaliteit van de ochtendbroodjes kan beter en smaakvoller alsook de “chemisch smakende fruitsappen

Mooie kamer met goede bedden en tv , lekker ontbijt in buffetvorm, verzorgde badkamer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel . Mooie en propere wellness . Makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer . Goed restaurant op de bende verdieping.
