Visited last week unfortunately for 5 days with a holiday group. Definitely donor cater for the British, no information in English only in German French and Dutch. No room service, have to pay extra if you want towels changed, 5 euros per towel If you want to use swimming pool have to take towels from bedroom and still will not replace unless you pay. At end of stay expected to ***** beds fold sheets and empty all rubbish bins, and this was sold to us as a 4 star hotel I really don’t think so not the best that I have stayed in.

Clean comfortable room. Nice location across from the beach, and just minutes from the tram, which will take you to town centre. Parking is very limited and comes with a charge. We managed to nap one of the few free parking places on the street. Only ate breakfast here, which was pretty good - though don't try to take an apple away with you! I booked this hotel as it had a good sized pool and advertised a steam room. However, the pool didn't open until 10am, and with checkout at 10.30 it was impossible to take advantage of it. We paid extra to use the steam room, which turned out to be tiny and was occupied with children who had not paid to enter - so we didn't get to use this either. When I raised this with reception as we checked out, I was told they could not refund... Not likely to here stay again.

Top appartement, ruim 2 grote slaapkamers , beetje afgelegen, tram nodig voor alles, heel rustig badplaats , geen overvol strand, vriendelijk personeel. 1 nadeel, waardoor geen 5 sterren : enkel een 3 persoonszetel voor 6 personen, goed vd kinderen, wij moesten aan de keukentafel zitten....

Bij aankomst kregen we de sleutel van onze kamer, maar tot onze verrassing lagen er al spullen van een andere gast. Terug naar de receptie voor een nieuwe kamer. De nieuwe sleutel werkte echter niet, dus weer naar de receptie. Toen we eindelijk binnen konden, stond de tv aan en bleek de kamer opnieuw bezet door een andere gast. Voor de derde keer terug naar de receptie, waar de manager het hele gebeuren zelfs grappig leek te vinden.. Geen aanrader.

We waren hier met een rolstoelpatient en hadden appartement geboekt . Een Heer aan de receptie ontvangde ons met een grote glimlach en was ontzettend vriendelijk . Toegekomen in ons app. zagen we dat ze hier een klusjesman nodig hebben in dit hotel. Gordijn slaapkamer, licht aan het plafond, wc vastzetten. Kleine problemen die zo opgelost zouden zijn !! Aangekomen bij de eetruimte voor diner was het daar voor onze rolstoelpatient te chaotisch van het lawaai en de drukte . We melden dit aan personeel die het op hun beurt melde aan verantwoordelijke en daar kwam christine ....een ontzettende gastvrije vriendelijke dame die begrip had voor onze situatie !! Zij zorgde ervoor dat we rustiger konden zitten , stelde ons op ons gemak. Dankjewel hiervoor Christine , je bent een meerwaarde !!!! Het mag ook gezegd worden dat alle personeel van die avond heel vriendelijk en attent waren .!! Het eten, het buffet was allemaal top !! Een ontzettend gastvrij hotel met lekker eten maar de appartementen zijn een beetje aan een opknapbeurt toe. Mvg de familie Van den Branden

In de bar doet het personeel moeilijk als je stoelen aan een tafel wilt bijzetten. Het buffet is kwalitatief ondermaats en de zaal veels te druk. Ook zijn de glazen en bordjes er continu op. Er wordt ook niet gehouden aan het sluitingsuur van de bar. Het is niet meer wat het geweest is.

Rolstoeltoegankelijk verblijf. Zeer aangenaam en prachtige ligging. De matrassen in de kamers zijn wel aan vervanging toe. De kamer was opgeruimd maar niet echt heel proper (geborsteld maar zeker niet met water gekuist). De zetels in de lounge zijn versleten.
