5 stars. Big handicapped room. In room fridge was cold. Bed was firm. Shower water pressure on hot ******. Cold was awesome if you like a cold shower... Breakfast was excellent and varied daily. Free parking. Big elevators. Great AC. Hotel will give you daily pass to fitness club if you ask. Many restaurants in same complex. Hotel has two.

Sonesta es una maravillosa opción para alojarse en el sur de Chile, primero por su calidad humana, la atención al cliente es de primera, partiendo por Raquel (coordinadora de calidad) que saluda con cariño y tiempo , preguntando siempre cómo va todo, cómo nos hemos sentido en nuestra estadía, además considera las opiniones mínimas de mejoras que se puedan hacer, siguiendo por Doraliza una mujer trabajadora, eficiente y amable que está en recepción y continuando con personal de restaurante, aseo, seguridad etc. que todos forman un equipo que hace la diferencia. El aseo y la comodidad de las camas de lo mejor, su política ecológica y de respeto hacia el desperdicio de la comida es maravilloso, sin desmedro a que la comida es riquísima y el agua a la temperatura que uno requiera. Hace ya varios años que viajamos al sur y tomamos la opción del Hotel Sonesta, además Osorno es una ciudad muy estratégica en la ubicación, al sur y a poca distancia puedes encontar: Purranque, Llanquihue, Frutillar y Puerto Varas entre muchas más opciones y al norte puedes encontrar: Río Bueno , Lago Ranco, Futrono y La Unión. Recomiendo 100% el hotel para ir con familia , amigos y/o solo siempre será un agrado volver. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo humano.

El hotel es muy lindo, pero el servicio no llega ni a parecerse a un 5 estrellas. Ya había pasado situaciones horribles y una muy mala atención. En esta oportunidad me hicieron la habitación con sábanas usadas (por una pareja, no más comentarios), durante el desayuno hay días en los que no hay cosas para desayunar, porque no reponen, ejemplo, huevo revuelto. Entrar al estacionamiento es súper engorroso, tocando timbre, bajándose del auto, tocando timbre en puertas… El baño no tiene bidet (turismo internacional), en el pueblo suizo alemán que tenían recreado en planta baja, la mitad la hicieron Supermercado a la vista. El Frigobar está vacío, es una simple heladera enchufada. La calidez de la gente excepcional, pero el servicio es muy malo. En fin. No esperen un buen servicio, y mucho menos de 5 estrellas. Volví para dar una quinta oportunidad, algo mejoró, pero sigue siendo de máximo 3 estrellas mediocre.
