Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer frisch renoviert im Nebenhaus sehr schön gestaltet. Hätte nur die Heizung im Witer mindestens im Bad eingeschaltet sein können, so dass es bei der Ankunft um 19h ziehmlich kalt war.

Stayed for two night on a biz trip. Had the deluxe room. Very generous size and huge bathrooms. On site parking was great. Breakfast was delicious with heaps of options. Had dinner in the restaurant one night / also very good. Great hotel right in the old town.

Für ein Wochenende waren wir im Hotel Walhalla - ein sehr schönes altes Haus, perfekt gelegen in der Fußgängerzone, ideal zur Erkundung der Stadt. Wir bekamen das Zimmer 201 - einen etwas düsteren Raum direkt zum Innenhof gelegen, der mit Tischen und Stühlen ausgestattet ist und bei gutem Wetter wohl bewirtschaftet wird. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war freundlich, wir hatten einen Platz in der Tiefgarage mit Parkservice und Ladestation für das E- Auto . Im Zimmer gab es gute Betten, ein renoviertes Bad und eine Sitzgelegenheit. Es fehlte jedoch eine Deckenlampe, die Tür zum kleinen Flur knarrte unglaublich laut ( man musste sie offen lassen, um nachts den Partner nicht zu wecken ) und eine Minibar gab es auch nicht im Zimmer. Das wäre kein Problem, wenn das Personal der Lounge gegenüber etwas servicebereiter wäre: der Versuch, ein Glas Wein zu bekommen, erwies sich als schwierig und zeitraubend... Ein 4- Sterne- Haus müsste da eigentlich mehr bieten. Auf meine Mail, in der ich die Hotelleitung über die Unzulänglichkeiten informierte, habe ich nach einer Woche noch keine Antwort erhalten - ein bedauerliches Desinteresse. Daher nur 3 Punkte.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter - sehr gutes Frühstück. Saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Sehr schön gelegen - im Kern der Altstadt. Von hier aus sind die Wege kurz. Tiefgarage direkt am Haus. Kleiner Baarbereich - sowie angrenzendes Lokal. Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben in Osnabrück ein Wochenende verbracht und in diesem schönen Hotel 2 Nächte verbracht. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte sehr viel zu bieten und war sehr frisch und lecker. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Ausgezeichnet ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Das gilt für alle Bereiche: Empfang, Zimmerservice, Bedienung. Großartig fanden wir, was in der Küche geleistet wurde. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen und das im Rahmen eines Pauschalangebotes! Die Lage im Zentrum von Osnabrück direkt hinter dem geschichtsträchtigen Rathaus ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt, die Stadt zu erkunden. Wer Freude an historischen Gebäuen hat, wird sich wohlfühlen. Trotz der 330-jährigen Geschichte des Hauses sind die Räumlichkeiten gepflegt und sehr sauber.

Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte mit der ganzen Familie im Hotel Walhalla. Sehr netter Empfang, guter Parkservice für unsere Fahrzeuge trotz der Lage in der Innenstadt. Individuelle Zimmer je nach Bedürfnis. Auch für die kleine Familie unseres Sohnes mit Frau, Kleinkind und Hund ein passendes Zimmer. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wir kommen gerne wieder......

We were ‘walk-in’ customers, whilst on our way from Sweden to Austria by car. We were first given a room at G/F level, tue room access was via the restaurant courtyard - nice room BUT suddenly having FOURTEEN (14) noisy people seated immediately in front of our room door is outrageous ! We asked for a room change and were moved to a 1/F level room: given the ambient warm temperatures and zero ventilation in the room, we opened the window only to have to listen to some staff members talking loudly nonstop - this at 11 pm !!! We did have an excellent dinner at the hotel restaurant - unfortunately our waiter had this drama-attitude - acting like a robot, talking to customers as if they are a burden - rather than him being aware that it us who enable him to have a salary - to add insult to injury - that-man didn’t even have the common garden courtesy of saying ‘thank you’ when given a nice tip. Thee is nothing ‘romantic’ about this hotel - the hardware is ok - it is the staff attitude that leaves a lot to be desired: cold, arrogant and with a very Teutonic attitude
