Vasat bir her şey dahil deneyimi
Odada minibar var içerisinde kola meşrubat ve su var .
Ses yalıtımı kötü, yan odadaki misafirlerin seslerini net bir biçimde duyabiliyorsunuz.
Ekipman kiralama pahalı.
Yemek çeşitliliği konusunda biraz daha çalışabilirlerdi.
Fiyatına göre kesinlikle performans yetersizdi
Yan tarafımızdaki çok da yıldızlı olmayan bir otelde gösteri dahi yapılıyordu. Öte yandan bizim otelde buna yönelik bir girişim yoktu.
Onun haricinde çalışanları güleryüzlüydü. Hepsi de ***et kibar ***et güzel hizmet veriyorlardı.

Çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Yemekler ve personelin ilgisi üst düzeydi. Özellikle Aydan Hanım çok ilgilendi bizimle. Kayak yerinde çalışanlar çok iyi ve ilgillerdi.Özellikle Özkan hoca aldığımız derslerde, bilgisiyle ve tecrübesiyle öğrenmemize çok yardımcı oldu. Kayak pistide çok güzeldi. We had an amazing experience staying here as a family of 4 for 4 nights. We booked through the hotel to get picked up from Istanbul Airport and the van took us directly to the hotel (about 3 hours drive). The staff were friendly and very attentive especially Kamal and Aydan in the restaurant area. The food quality and selection at the restaurant was excellent and they had a great variety. There is daily schedule with a breakdown of meal times and activities that they gave us upon check in, which was great to have. The hotel is very safe. There is an indoor pool, children club and gaming room. The ski facilities were great, but the charges are separate. We were lucky to have experienced great snowfall, which made our experience more special. The only negative thing is that the hotel was very warm, even when we had our room heater switched off, there seems to be a central heating system throughout the hotel. I would recommend sleeping in shorts and t-shirts as we felt really hot when we slept in long sleeve pjs. The hotel was clean and well kept with managers constantly found in various areas for quality control. It is just about a 5 mins walk away from the Telefrik which we rode for about 20 mins down and got off at the first stop to enjoy a park with some cafes. I highly recommend staying here for a great snowy family holiday!
