Her sene muhakkak geldiğim bi otel.. yemekleri harika özellikle tatlıları.. temiz ve güzel yüzlü personeliyle bu sene de bi artı aldı benden.. normaldr kiralamayı dışardan yapardık ama bu sene otelden yararlandık çok da yardumcı oldular:)

Hotel cok güzel temiz ve düzenli.Bütün personel isini severek yapıyor. Aşçı ve ekibi de gercekten iyi ve lezzetli yemekler yapıyor. Özellikle ananaslı dolma enfes.Etler çeşitli ve güzel.Biz çoçuklarimizla gittik rahat ettiler.Oyun alanı güzel..Hotelde cocuklar kayboldu cocuklari ararken personele sordum gormedik dedi.Ancak başka bir personel olan Ezgi hanım cocuklari benimle aradı çok ilgilendi. Bu vesileyle Halkla İlişkiler Sorumlusu olduğunu öğrendim nokta atışı bir gorev verilmiş işini layıkıyla yapiyor. Ekibi de iyi. Ve her an gorevi başında olan sakinlik ve profesyonelce personeli yöneten hotelin herseyi ile ilgilenen Anıl bey'e de çok tesekkür ederim. Karinna Kayak Okulu kayak bölümü de gercekten inanilmaz iş cıkarıyor.İstenen her an kayak hocaları hazır hepsi çok tecrübeli en ufak bir ihtiyaç olduğunda hemen ilgilenip sorunu çözüyorlar.Karinna ve Karinna Kayak okulu profesyonelce hizmet vererek mutlu ayrılmanızi saglıyor. Uludağa gidecek olanlara lutfen zincirsiz gitmeyin.Kar lastiğimiz olsa bile hotel dönüşünde yüksek maddi hasarli kaza yaptik.Ölümden döndük dikkat edin.

Wir haben einen privaten Skikurs besucht ich mit Lehrer Remzi und mein kleiner Sohn und Ehemann bei Lehrer Cüneyt Ögel wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Wir konnten innerhalb 2 Tagen selbstständig Skifahren. Die Lehrer waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Wir waren alle Anfänger und jetzt können wir selbstständig fahren gehen. Ich möchte mich hier nochmals dafür danken.

The food and presentation are very good!, the staff is very friendly and helpful! the best ski hotel in the region! we came with our family. they made us feel at home. I recommend it to everyone. also the game room and game machines were very entertaining. this is a real family hotel!

Highly recommended, so worth money.
Very extensive kitchen. Nice and warm. Rooms spacious and quiet. No smell, it was so freshly. Lifts directly at the hotel. A little less was evening activities.
