We checked in to the hotel quite tired, when I opened the curtain of the room given to us, I saw a truck and its driver in front of the window, I was changing my clothes at that time, I was very uncomfortable, later on, after going skiing and returning from skiing, when I opened my duvet, I saw that there was a lot of male hair in my bed, I reported this, I was also uncomfortable, the hygiene was not at the quality I wanted, Swissotel was not at the Swissotel standards I knew.

From the begginnig of our stay, we couln't find what we expected. First of all, they gave us the room that located in the first floor which we only could see a truck with a driver in it, watching us changing our clothes. When we told the reception abaout the situation, they placed us in a diffrent room which was located in the third floor. When my Mother was preparing to rest on her bed, she opened the sheets and found several hair strands on the diffrent points of the bed. Restaurant doesn't have any kinds of Swiss Food or good variety of international gastronomy.
