Hotel is OK for the price. But make sure you review your bill carefully. They automatically charge you for the safe that is in your room, even if you don't plan to use it. And they don't tell you that they added this to your bill nor is it mentioned on their website. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting.

This place is infested with bedbugs. We unloaded our stuff never unpacked a thing went back after reading a previous review for bedbugs and started checking. There was a bedbug found on the bed here. We immediately got her stuff and got out of there and requested a refund . the response was that the manager is not in until monday so nothing could be done. in fact, the front desk clerk said she didn’t even know what a bed bug looked like. We left anyway. we lit our own pillow and blanket that we brought that was in the bed in the trunk and found a different hotel. upon returning home unloading, our stuff is infested with bed bugs! ! Called the hotel and again was told nothing could be done at this time. Demanded to speak to a manager. Received a call and was told refund coming . I asked if they wanted us to send pictures and video of the bed bugs and was told “ya”. I advised they take care of the problem which i doubt will happen!!!! Beware! One bug can carry with you and turn into a much bigger problem we have not brought anything into our house. Everything is outside and have found more, including in the car.!

I was a little disappointed this trip. The sheets are paper thin, the floor of the bathroom in the pool area was filthy, the eating area was not the cleanest either. The front desk staff was not dressed very appropriately, i.e. slippers for footwear, and I did not find them particularly helpful, no elevator to the second floor. No signage on cleanliness or the process by which the rooms were kept up. I have stayed at this establishment several years ago (I believe under different management) and was more pleased. It's definitely a 2-star or 3-star place and you get what you pay for.

My four year old austisic grand daughter got diarrhea and leaked through the pull up on the bed sheets and they charged me $100 I will never stay there again and spreading the word to everyone I know. To charge $100 saying bedsheets was ruined I would’ve brought them home and washed them. My damn self. I paid for them, never mentioned a word to me when I checked out waited until I left to charge my card.
