Great location! However, there are few opportunities to interact with the locals. (no restaurants nearby) Just right for BBQ. I live with two women, but is there a college student next door? I find it very loud.

The floor was a little dirty and something was falling overall. However, the other was beautiful and smelly, and it was comfortable.
