Quartier défavorisé avec beaucoup d’itinérance aux alentours Donc nous étions ravis d’avoir un parking souterrain accessible avec carte seulement Car l’arrondissement de ce coin je ne recommande pas , pour le petit déjeuner les saucisses n’était pas assez cuites très blanche un mangeable un peu déçu de ce déjeuner

Over all the experience was great, my kids enjoyed the gym and the pool, the staff were nice, the breakfast was not bad, but the only problem we had was, that there was kids running around late at night also knocking on doors and disturbing my family and other people.

Awesome place to stay ! It has secure underground parking which was really important when visiting Toronto. The room was really clean and smell fresh. I will stay here again for sure.

We spent one night here to break up a longer roadtrip. We booked it last minute for location convenience off the highway and the fact they welcomed pets (which is a plus). Even with expectations adjusted for this class of hotel, we were deeply unsatisfied. Primarily, we were left disgusted by the lack of cleanliness in our room - ie our puppy went under the bed (which is raised off the ground so easy for anyone to kneel down and reach under) and found a dirty tube sock that was filled with something unmentionable. He also found a cigarette and a couple of candies on the floor. This level of unclean was just unacceptable to us. We were also bothered by the AC system and we were completely dissatisfied with the broken elevator - only one was working and apparently there were no options to easily take stairs. This led to long waits. There wasn’t even a sign that one of the elevators was broken which added to our annoyance. The area around the hotel is also sketchy - certainly driving in later at night. If our hotel room wasn’t so dirty, I could at least say it’s good value because it was a low cost and there’s the free breakfast and 24hr coffee bar and thankfully there was underground parking. However, we’re left disgusted by our experience with our room and frustrated by the elevator / lack of stair situation so would absolutely stay away in the future.
