Upon arrival at the hotel, the room was different from the room we ordered. The photo showed a completely different number. But what impressed us most was the breakfast. This is the first time I have come across a situation where there is no cheese at breakfast, every day, and we were there for 5 nights, there were boiled eggs for breakfast, no vegetables, two types of bread and even salt was the same for the entire dining room. You have to bake the waffles yourself) there is an old machine. And there was nothing but eggs, bread and butter, there was no fish, no cheese, no vegetables. The water in the pool was dirty, cold and there were no towels. I asked the staff three times for towels, they said they would bring them, and after exactly an hour of waiting, I left the cats wet without a towel. The room was cleaned twice in 5 nights.

Pet fee increase I have been to this hotel numerous times with my 12 pound dog. We love being there. This time however, I was charged $75 per fee rather than the $25 per fee I have paid in the past. I can’t afford this. I won’t stay there again

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. There were extreme issues with your stay, very cheap place especially the GM is skinny donkey dnt have any respect to to worker and guest This location most of there staff is international students which they are taking advantage of it, They work overtime and they don't get for overtime pay. There general manager doesn't have respect to there staff he doesn't have communication skills how to talk to there staff. I believe that the general manager has 0 experience for truthfully thing no one answered for it even him self the whole place is smelling like a pees. The GM have no respect at all especially with staff he need to go learn school to learn how to talk to people any one put suit look like GM but this guy to me look like kid dont have any respect at all he look like joker to me
