Great stay in osh it’s little expensive but includes Turkish bath sauna janquzi all self use breakfast also nice

Самая ужасная гостиница!!! Заселялись с бизнес партнёром. Бронировали, дали номер, мы оплатили 200$ за сутки, но когда хотел зайти нам сообщили, что воды нет, так как идут ремонтные работы в горводоканале... Мы поехали ужинать, по приезду нам сообщили, что номер который нам дали был забронирован и предоставили другой. Когда мы зашли было душно, включилили кондиционер, а он дул только теплым, на наш вопрос, ответили, что уже отключили подачу холодного воздуха. Предложили открыть одно, а одно смотрит на какой-то не понятный зал, откуда вообще не дует прохладный воздух. Полотенца такие старые, что уже цвет не белый, а серый. Горячей воды нет, ответили, что днём не было электричества поэтому. Это было ужасно и тупо...

Грязный бассейн с масляной пленкой, мусором, и дохлыми осами..сказала несколько раз об этом администратору - пришел сотрудник, повозил совком 2 минуты и пошел на обед..кондиционер еле работает, арбуз на обед ждала 50 минут… Из плюсов - красивый дизайн и хорошая, отзывчивая сотрудница София на ресепшен.

Остановились на пару дней в этом удивительном отеле, он расположен в живописном месте у подножия горы, с огромной парковкой, изумительным интерьером восточном стиле, что нам очень понравилось, комфортабельные номера, с белоснежным постельным бельем, так что описание соответствует действительности. Так же очень приветливый персонал, изысканная кухня, отличное обслуживание мы обязательно будем останавливаться только у вас!!!

Благодарю отель за первоклассное обслуживание! Было очень комфортно проводить время; милый персонал, виды на горы и походы в спа, и много много вкусный еды. Одним словом- уют!! Обязательно вернусь. Всем советую!

Очень понравилось. Уютный номер, вкусный завтрак,был приятно удивлен приветственным письмом и фруктовой вазой, приветливый персонал, большая территория, современный СПА комплекс, все условия для комфортного проживания, рекомендую всем).

Мне понравилась изысканная кухня в ресторане, а так же интерьер восточном стиле, в номерах белье было белоснежным и выглаженным, крутой вид на гору. Персонал был вежливым и улыбчивым. Кстати у них есть спа комплекс, где понравилась русская парная, внутренний теплый бассейн и джакузи, мы обязательно вернемся в этот отель еще Спасибо за сервис

Спасибо всем, рад что остановился в Жаннате ! Было уютно, вкусно и комфортно . А также очень удобно расположено ! Всё необходимое находиться рядом. Прекрасный вид из окон тоже большой плюс отелю, а кухня выше всяких похвал .
