The lady who helped us at the service desk was rude and very unhelpful. We had drove all the way from Dallas to Orlando with a uhaul we booked 2 nights but couldn't make the first one as we were still on route. She didn't want to give us our room and said that the reservation was canceled because we no showed for our booking. Long story short we had to get the manager who was nice enough to help us and gave us our room.

The hotel park is super large. I took the hotel's internal shuttle bus to another park for dinner. It took 20 minutes to get there. It is full of scenery, and there is a large swimming pool spa, sunbathing, large hotel room, kitchen, free laundry and drying. Dry, the room bed is big and comfortable, just no breakfast, but the convenience store is nearby

I've been checking in with them almost every week, everytime I get an off coz my daughter loves their pool and I love the fact that they have hot swimming pool which is good for me and my daughter! If they have a membership, I'll be their number one member!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The A/C was very cold and the location was perfect! We did not have to drive at all during our stay in St Augustine. George St was about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this Embassy Suites location and was blown away by it's attention to detail. The interior and exterior of the property was extremely clean and fresh. The interior decor, and welcoming scent was uplifting. The condition of the walkways, and rooms was perfect! The free breakfast and it's superb selections, rivaled many of the best breakfast restaurants in the area. While I was disappointed in the $15 self parking daily rate, the property and kindness of the staff exceeded my expectations. I would like to compliment all, especially the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Attention to detail is everything, and this property appears to focus on that firsthand. I am looking forward to returning back soon. Thank you for a great experience!
