O atendimento demorou muito para ser chamado porque só tinha uma funcionária. A limpeza é excelente que o quarto, restaurante e espaços coletivos são limpíssimos. A localização é bem longe da Estação Osasco que tem que andar muito. As instalações não são muitos boas porque a pressão de ducha é bem fraca e é difícil controlar a temperatura da água também a iluminação do quarto é bem fraca e a qualidade de imagem da televisão é péssima e estávamos sem energia e não tinha energia reserva para elevadores porque estávamos em 11 andar e tivemos que descer pela escada.

Péssimo atendimento da recepção! Chegamos no hotel às 22h da noite e foi alegado que nao havia nenhuma reserva feita no hotel. Fizemos a reserva via voucher corporativo. Tinhamos todos os comprovantes e inclusive a confirmação de reserva. Por volta das 23h, após 1 hora de espera, disseram que nao poderiam fazer nada. Que precisariamos esperar. Ficou nitido que nao fizeram nenhum esforco para resolver a situação. Resolvemos ir embora e procurar outro hotel. Visto que estavamos acordados desde as 5h, em uma cidade diferente, e precisavamos dormir. Novamente, informaram que nao poderiam fazer nada, que deveriamos ficar esperando na recepcao até a central de atendimento responder e sabe-se la quando isso aconteceria. Para finalizar, ainda nos foi cobrado um valor de 14 reais de estacionamento. Me senti lesada pelo atendimento e pelo tempo que perdi! Não volto no hotel nunca mais! E não indico a ninguem!!!!
