We love this hotel, and it is very convenient if you are to visit Universal Studios Osaka, many restaurants and konbini nearby. Staff was helpful, we did our laundry, we sent a package, we were able to use the storage when we checked out early so we could go see one more shrine this mom wanted to see 🥰. You are basically a few steps away from JR, I kid you not! So if you want to go to other places it's not hard to move around. Have fun!!!

During the summer vacation, I took my children on a free trip to Osaka. I chose the Jide Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to meet the owner of the hotel, a lady from Guangzhou, China. She was warm and considerate and responded to domestic tourists’ requests. She introduced in detail the secrets to avoid pitfalls such as bus rides, attractions, and shopping. The hotel was clean and tidy. It is spotless and far exceeds expectations. The room is compact and warmly decorated. It has all kinds of facilities such as bathroom, shower room and kitchen. It is very convenient. It is especially suitable for all kinds of independent travelers. It is especially close to the Japan Transportation Bureau. It is on a first-come-first-served basis near water and buildings. The transportation is extremely convenient. Universal Studios, Shinsaibashi and other major attractions and shopping malls are all within a three- to five-minute walk of subway and tram exits. I didn’t even have the opportunity to try a taxi in Osaka for four days. Sister Chen will also introduce you to various taxis. Tips for saving money on rides. Haha, Sister Chen said that there is a branch in Shinsaibashi, so you can choose it next time. Also, there are shopping malls such as AEON around the hotel. The prices of goods are cheaper than in China. Especially at the intersection in front of the hotel, there are also octopus balls that are much more delicious than those in China. You can try them. The prices are cheap. The boss is nice. Very good too. Also, on the way to the bus, I passed by various houses and experienced Japanese customs and customs. Me and my friend stayed here in April for 2 nights whilst in Osaka. It is a bit far from the main dotonburi canals and shopping etc but probably about 25 minutes walk ish. The hotel itself was lovely very clean very modern the bunk beds was comfy I actually slept unlike in other places I stayed in japan. We did make a mistake on our booking and booked for men’s which woops so they changed it to the women’s thankfully , you get free coffee juice and toast in the morning but we didn’t really use it much, I was so impressed by the design the facilities the shower the toiletries the washrooms etc it looked much more expensive that it actually was. I think we got s bargain for this place for 2 nights and it looked like it would have cost us a lot by the interior and exterior. Overall I really enjoyed it here and I would defo stay here again given I would be back in Osaka

High CP value for the good location and low price. Has everything I needed.. from the convenience stores. Able to purchase amenities from the counter as well. Friendly counter service. Women storey and men storey differ a lot in terms of quality and availability of services. Sauna from the hotel is only catered to the men. Women storey has doors with wide opening at the top, thus smoke smells travel easily. The bed curtain helps to reduce smell but the wrong and hallways always reek of cigarette despite being a non-smoking building 🤦🏻♀️ I do hope the management enforces this policy strictly.

Location, facility, hospitality, food and etc everything was so perfect! Especially a man named Don from the bell desk, he was so kind. He carried my luggage to the bus stop and helped me with purchasing bus tickets to the airport. I would definitely visit Hilton if I have a chance to visit Osaka again.

We got a great deal with Trip and stayed on the Club floor for 2 nights. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find when you are walking through the mall. Checked in at the Club floor and it was very efficient. Room was very spacious and very clean. Club floor experience was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. We had particularly good experience with the afternoon cocktails as they made lots of different ones for us that was not the standard menu.

Good location, just less than 10min walk away from the main street of shinsaibashi. Affordable hotel breakfast and there is free drinks everyday that can refill

I really love this hotel due hotel room rate is so reasonable n cheap, much better than other hostel or nearby hotel. Quite close to the shopping area 心齋橋, not too far away from Namba station. Room is not very big, but quite comfortable, clean and tidy

My wife and I each had a room as we were traveling with friends. As Diamond, one of the rooms was upgraded to a huge suite, and the other to a castle view. The front desk and lounge staff were both extremely helpful. Every request was attended to promptly and with a positive attitude. Hotel is easy walking distance from a subway line. The lounge offerings are good, and the views up there are great. We loved hanging out there after our day as it was quite hot outside. Would definitely stay again as it is a good value.

This was my second time staying here. I had a comfortable stay, just like last time. The room was more than spacious, the facilities and amenities were impeccable, it was reasonably priced, and more comfortable than other business hotels in the area. Thank you very much.
