Hotels in Namba, Osaka

Although the hotel is small, it has everything. It is very clean. I left something behind after checking out. After contacting customer service, the feedback was very timely. I found it before going to the airport. There is a big supermarket nearby, which sells meat and other things. You can take it back to the B&B to eat. It is very convenient. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the subway station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. It is a big challenge to walk back after a day of citywalk. There is another hotel nearby. You can choose the one that is closer.

I’m not joking when I say this might be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Japan so far. Starting from the location, it’s not terribly far from Namba station on foot. You can also take the Midosuji Line as well. The amenities in the hotel room are sufficient and the size is actually huge compared to all the other hotels I’ve tried. You can open TWO big luggages and have space to walk and do other things. I really enjoyed the extra space in the property. The service was great and I have no complaints, room cleaning was meticulous and the staff went the extra mile. I’m very happy with my stay and I will definitely come back again.

Overall, hotel set up is excellent except for the location of reception counter does not allow good interaction with hotel staff. Location of hotel is near to Nankai Namba station and for those who buy JR rail passes would have to walk rather far from JR Namba Station. Layout of room is rather tight.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The property is beautifully designed with charming Japanese-style decor and details. It’s a self-check-in hotel, and the process was extremely simple and straightforward—just followed the instructions and completed it in a few minutes. Super convenient! The room is located in a quiet area, so it was very peaceful at night and easy to rest. It’s about a 6–7 minute walk from the station, which made getting around very easy. The room is fully equipped, clean, and tidy, with all the daily essentials provided. It was very comfortable to stay in. The customer service was also very responsive—any issues were quickly resolved. Very thoughtful service. Highly recommended!

Apartment with separate toilet/bathroom, mini-kitchen (kettle, microwave, large refrigerator, stove and dishes), washing machine, balcony and panoramic window. Quite spacious and very clean! The location is excellent: 1. All necessary shops (7/11, FamilyMart, etc.) are within 3-5 minutes' walk + 13 minutes' walk to the main shopping street (world brands like Nike, adidas/local shops)/ Dotonbori, currency exchange 2. 10 minutes' walk to the metro station and 5 minutes' walk to the express train to Kansai Airport (35 minutes without transfers) No reception, self-check-in, on the day of arrival they sent an email with instructions (everything is simple - enter the code and get the key), check-out is the same - leave the key, enter the code. There is also nowhere to leave suitcases under supervision after checking out and going into the city, we just left them on the 1st floor near the elevator for a couple of hours, then we saw that you can leave a suitcase in the exchange office for money (400 yen for 3 hours) I recommend for check-in, we were very comfortable)

The location was a great spot as just above train station. IT'S near to a lot of restaurants and eatery. The receptionist is kind and HELPFUL and allow us for early check in. Room was spacious and view was fantastic from our room. Only draw back is the charging station, not many in the room. Definitely will come back if visiting osaka again.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly large, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything I needed, which made the experience even better. The location is also fantastic—close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Great location near 0101 and Takashimaya. Also within easy walk to Dotonbori. Subway entrance is right down stair. Room is small and lacking a closet which is okay because I knew it at booking. Some staff is very helpful but some are indifferent. Most troublesome for me is no luggage forwarding. Front desk told me to use Family Mart downstairs. When I get the Yamato form from their staff, I was told one day delivery. After I filled out the form with the luggage in hand, the manger/ owner said three days! Not cool.

Fantastic location! Between Dotonbori and Namba stations. DONKI is nearby and there's a 24h Yoshinoya to refuel you. The rooms are big, the shower and toilet area are separated. Also, I want to express sincere gratitude to the female Japanese reception staff on evening duty on 16th May 2025. We will be checking in only on the 19th May, however, she was very kind to accept our requests of dropping our luggage earlier. Her kind gesture lead us to a very good experience. Strongly everyone to stay here.
