I took my child to check in and met a counter staff who could speak Chinese. He was very kind and friendly to children. I highly recommend this employee's service. I felt very friendly as soon as I walked in, and I felt familiar with speaking Chinese. The room was also very clean. Overall, the experience was great.

Although they don't speak English well, they were kind and it was nice because it was clean! And they cleaned every day, so I stayed for 2 nights and they changed my towels and pajamas neatly and even cleaned the place thoroughly, so I came back feeling good! It's a bit of a walk to Den Den Town, but it's nice because you can look around the streets on the way there :) It seems like it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Namba Station!
