The cause of the incident❗️【️No exaggeration️No cutting out】 Originally planned to take the Shinkansen back to Tokyo on Sunday afternoon, October 6. My mother came to Osaka to find me temporarily. I planned to take her to Awaji Island for a day and then book a better night bus to return to Tokyo overnight (I had to go directly to school on Monday morning, and I didn’t dare to skip classes. There was no Shinkansen in the early morning and I didn’t want to take a plane) Considering that I had to stay on the bus for one night and wanted to wash up before getting on the bus, I randomly booked a hotel in Namba for a few hundred yuan. Although it was a double room, only my mother’s name was written. When we were waiting for the elevator, the manager stopped us and said that this was a hotel that charged per person. If we wanted to go up, we had to book another room or pay him extra money. I said, 1. I booked a twin room for my mother 2. We were just going up to take a shower and change clothes for 10 minutes, not staying overnight, and we could leave our passports at the front desk. He refused to let me go. I have to add that I can communicate in Japanese perfectly. I said OK, I'll go book another hotel. He saw that the business was about to slip away and immediately changed his words and said 2000 yen to let me go up to take a shower I laughed, uncle... Then he saw other guests entering the hotel, and his attitude changed 360 degrees. He didn't let us stand in the lobby and said to move to the restaurant. I said I wanted to stay here, and he was embarrassed. I kept saying, "Is the price changed?" "Is the price list visible?" Is Lulu the owner of the hotel? Later he changed his words to 500 yen... I said, is this the tip you want? Can you show me your hotel price list? He couldn't take it out, I said: I'm leaving, bye uncle, I don't want the hotel fee for this night   Then he continued to curse, saying that Tokyo is Tokyo and Osaka is different, you Chinese are rich, don't you think it's great? I hate Chinese and Koreans, you have no quality... etc... I forgot the details I said don't raise it to the issue of nationality, we are just guests, you should treat us equally, do you want to represent the Japanese...   ps: Compared with other Osaka people I met in the past few days, either the restaurant waiter half-kneeled to take the order or asked for directions and took the passerby to the destination directly, they were all very polite and courteous. I was very satisfied with the previous few visits to Osaka   We stayed in hotels worth thousands or tens of thousands most of the time, and we also stayed in hotels worth hundreds of dollars a few times, and even stayed in Internet cafes and airport halls overnight, but never encountered such a thing.

At first, when I made the reservation, I was worried because the reviews were mixed, but the hotel staff were very kind, the interior was nice, and the room was nice! But the room hallway was small, so I couldn't walk around with my suitcase open. Hahaha. But it wasn't as bad as I thought~~~! The bed and pillow were nice! I'm grateful that I could stay in a nice place.

The hotel is in a good location, a bit quiet in the bustling city, just behind the Kuromon Market, convenient to go anywhere, and the underground commercial street has solved the problem of eating and drinking.

The front desk was very friendly and very nice. The stay was very comfortable. You can pick up shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the lobby. They are all very useful. The location is also very good. It is within five minutes from Nipponbashi Station and Namba Station. There are delicious food along the way.

The transportation is very convenient, the bed is big enough, it is near the Kuromon Market, the boss is Japanese but also flexible. Very kind uncle, there are many Chinese tourists staying, you can check in by yourself. In addition, Japanese law stipulates that if you bring a child over 12 years old, you must have a separate bed. The boss also helped to solve it very well. Highly recommended.

Although it is a bit far from Nanhai Station, the surrounding area is very prosperous and convenient, with many choices for dining. Overall, it is worth experiencing, and the hotel service is also more humane....

There are many free drinks but there are time limits for use. There are also many free brand shampoos and bath salts available for accommodation options. The room is not too small and the location is very convenient. It is close to Namba Station and Kuromon Market. , Animation Street, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Tsutenkaku are very close. I will choose here again next time I come, and the price is also very favorable~👍
