Nice hotel but situated on a very busy road next to the highway, so could get a bit noisy with the passing traffic. At first we felt that we were in the middle of nowhere as there are lots of auto workshops nearby. We realised that there was a few convenience stores about a five minute walk and the subway station was about an eight minute walk. The local markets and shops were also an eight minute walk. We also realised that we were very near to the zoo and the Osaka tower, both being about a five minute walk. The room was spacious and fad a washing machine. There was also a microwave and electric hot plate available. As we got used to the surroundings we were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. Definitely recommend

A family of three stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was clean and in a quiet location, and it was nice that we could walk to Namba. There was a washing machine and a mini kitchen, and the bathroom was comfortable, so it was a good choice for travelers.

The hotel is in a great location. There are busy streets, metro and cafes nearby. It was very convenient.
You can leave your luggage at the counter if you arrive before check-in time. You can also drink hot tea for free at the counter.
The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. I will be happy to return to this hotel again. Thank you!

I went on a trip with my family.
Since it was a free schedule, it was a 30-minute walk from the Namba OCAT bus stop to the accommodation.
15 minutes walk from the accommodation to Shin-Imamia Station.
15 minutes walk from the accommodation to Dobutsuen-mae Station.
19 minutes walk from the accommodation to Daikoku Station.
It was a little difficult to walk,
but there were few Korean tourists around,
and there were 3 local bathhouses nearby: Tsutenkaku, Tennoji Park, Kids Ichiba (fish market), and Namba Parks (shopping mall), so I was able to leisurely finish my afternoon schedule and visit the bathhouse.
If the children are young, it might be a little difficult to walk,
but it was great because there was a large mart 5 minutes away.
You had to take off your shoes when you entered the accommodation, and the accommodation was spacious,
and the blankets were good.
There was a washing machine, so I could wash simple laundry,
so it was great.
