The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and I had a very comfortable stay.
The view of Osaka from the bathroom was amazing.
The amenities were great, and drinks and nuts were provided free of charge.
It's close to the station and easy to access, so I'd definitely like to stay here again.

我們選酒店時，因酒店房間可看到很美的夜景、所以選擇這間，果然房間推出有很大的露台，晚上去欣賞大阪市的夜景。房間亦很寬闊，比普通嘅日本酒店房間大。
酒店的位置都係理想，我10分鐘就有行街shopping的地方，附近有美食街，學品嚐不同的美食。酒店服務很好，我下次到大阪，也會再次選擇這間酒店。

服務很好，每天打掃每天有水，前台的小妹妹很耐心，用隨身翻譯細心講解，辦完以後還帶到房間詢問需求，有陽台可吸煙，地理位置也很好，距離空港巴士很近很方便，旁邊還有幾千台的扭蛋機、很大的書店。

Because of the shape of the hotel, the room types are quite different, but it is only the passageway, and the actual use is not much different. I stayed in Room 4 before because of the room type, but it was not very good. The price was high, about 1,800 rooms, no breakfast. It was a pity that it took more than 30 minutes to go through the procedures. I felt that the staff were not familiar with the business. The location is a bit remote, away from the commercial district. The cost performance is not high.
