Location is excellent as its just 5mins from Dotonbori and 10mins from Namba station.
The hotel comes with a welcome drink bar from 5pm to 8pm which which there are softdrinks, coffee and alcohol which are all freeflow.
The hotel also have a public bath which you can bath and relax yourself after a long day outside.
The hotel is clean and the staffs are all very nice and polite. They always carry a smile and greet everybody. I had a very pleasant experience during check in as the staff explained very clearly all the anmenities and services the hotel have.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Saibashi. The Glico check-in point is just over 100 meters away. I recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Japan for business or tourism. It is located in the center of Osaka.

Everything was great. The room is like in the photo, the onsen is on the second floor, there is a laundry room and a drinks machine, close to the Namba transport hub, right next to Dotonbori and shopping stores. There are several convenience stores at the exit.
The staff's care is felt in the little things: from 5 to 8 pm in the lobby there are alcoholic drinks as a compliment, when checking in they help you choose a pillow and yukata of the right size, at the reception they help with sending your suitcase to the next hotel. A great option for a tourist hotel, I recommend it 🙂

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the Nankai Electric Railway. There are a few turns and many traffic lights, so it's not easy to walk.
The hotel lobby allows you to choose pillows of different hardness. The pillows will be selected and not replenished.

The room was quiet and I was able to sleep comfortably. There is a Family Mart right in front of the hotel, so if you need something, you can quickly buy it and go home. The overall rating is good, but unfortunately, the main attraction, the natural hot spring, is not very large (it can only fit 3-4 people).
