我們住四個晚上其中兩個晚上跳電，第二天晚上洗澡到一半頭髮都是濕就要換房間…..
重點是隔天飯店人員說他們測試都沒有問題，我們原班人馬換到1503在第三個晚上跟第四晚上都沒事，就這麼剛好第一晚跟第二晚都跳電？！還問我們是不是使用電器不當？？？第一個晚上跳電我要換房間還不給我們換，人員上來修理進門口感應的那個說是那個故障，修理好後我們繼續住，第二天晚上又跳電才讓我們換房間⋯
人沒變使用電器沒變就房間變而已怎麼是我們客人的問題啊！飯店只有寫文字要我接受道歉感受他們誠意⋯這是換房後晚上進房間看到紙在進口玄關的地板上⋯我感受不到誠意☹️我跟他們說好歹前面兩個晚上的住宿不能算原價吧？櫃檯人員說主管沒有要給折扣的意思，算了，本來就沒有想要當奧客獅子大開口的砍價只是飯店這樣的處理態度真的很不ok.⋯還祝順心，我的意思你們就不順我啊！順什麼心啊？！
