I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel.
Just a few days before my arrival, the hotel repeatedly sent self check-in messages demanding excessive personal information, including passport details and photos.
At that stage, most travelers are already occupied with their travel plans and sightseeing, making it unreasonable to expect guests to read lengthy check-in instructions or upload multiple documents.
While I understand this might be required for legal reasons, sending so many reminders so late felt careless and inconsiderate.
In addition, I mentioned this issue to the hotel staff during my stay, but received no response or follow-up. This lack of communication and concern reflected very poor customer service.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant and disappointing.
今回の滞在には大変がっかりしました。
到着のわずか数日前に、ホテルから何度もセルフチェックインの案内が届き、パスポート情報や顔写真など、過度な個人情報の提出を求められました。
旅行中のタイミングでこのような手続きを求められても、観光や移動で忙しく、長い説明を読む時間や書類をアップロードする余裕はほとんどありません。
法的な理由があるのかもしれませんが、直前になって何度も通知を送る対応には誠意や配慮が感じられませんでした。
また、滞在中にこの件についてスタッフに伝えましたが、特に返答や対応はなく、サービスの姿勢にも疑問を感じました。
全体として不快な印象が残り、とても残念でした。
這次的住宿體驗讓我感到相當失望。抵達之後的幾天內，飯店多次寄來有關自助報到的訊息，裡面有一堆的說明，還要求提供個人資料，包含護照資訊與照片。
相信對於多數旅客而言，這些事情應該是在出發前就會準備完畢，飯店寄信的時機點已經在行程當中，根本不可能抽空閱讀冗長的入住說明或上傳相關文件。
可以理解是日本的法規要求，但是，不斷地發送訊息要求住客登記自助入住的資訊有夠惱人，這間飯店難道櫃檯人員是娃娃或裝飾品嗎？
此外，我在入住期間也曾向飯店人員反映此事，但並未得到任何回覆或後續處理，讓我感受到服務品質低下。整體而言，這次的住宿經驗令人感到非常不悅。

The stay at Oriental Hotel Universal City was pleasant overall. The location is excellent and the staff were courteous and professional. However, the shower water pressure was weak, and the toilet lid had visible stains, which was unexpected for a hotel of this class. Overall, still a good experience.

一開始辦入住給了個13樓的連通房，找攜程客服溝通換到了5樓，我的天吶，很潮濕，衞生很一般，兩晚都沒睡好。攜程客服滿分，酒店 2分。
服務：辦入住的前台油膩膩的，也不熟練。
衞生：真的很潮濕，枕頭有點發黴
環境：早餐還不錯吧，鮮榨橙子機好評。早餐有牛肉漢堡🍔。下午5點開始有意式冰淇淋，熱狗🌭，鬆餅🥞飲料🥤無限量供應。全天有冰淇淋飲料小餅乾甜點提供
位置確實很好，下次再住希望酒店給換點好點的床品，再住個高樓層

房間很小，廁所也很小，隔音還可以，有窗户，但是打開很吵，衞生一般，床跟快捷酒店差不多，價格高的時候不建議定，不值！辦理入住很快

此次日本之行，親子最佳酒店。房間不算大，但比較新，也很乾凈，衞生間洗漱台前還放了小朋友用的登高凳子，提前放置了嬰兒圍欄，細節很到位。
早餐也不錯，雖然國慶期間入住率極高，但早餐井然有序，鮮榨橙子汁很好喝，華夫餅和飯也好吃！
關鍵是位置還很好，出門就是環球影城步行街，幾分鐘就到環球影城入口。

房間重新裝修過的，不是全新，衞生間比較舊，浴缸縫隙間有發黴。 窗外風景有阻擋有點可惜，房間一般但前台服務非常好。

酒店位置簡直是絕佳如果去環球影城遊玩，就在環球影城出口處，離地鐵也很近出行很便利。早上絲滑入園，玩累了可以回酒店吃下午茶都是免費的種類很多種，每一種都特別好吃。 房間的空間也夠大 非常不錯的酒店
