I booked a double room with a street view. I really like their three-part bathroom, the toilet is fully automatic, and the toiletries in the shower room are fragrant. The room and bedding are also clean and relatively new. After 12 noon every day, a cup of coffee or tea is provided free of charge in the lobby on the first floor, but the sound insulation is a little bit worse. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
Pros: (1) The room is spacious, and two suitcases can be spread out. The size of the room is good near Umeda; (2) Convenient transportation. Although it is not next to Osaka Station, there are several subway/private railway stations within a 10-minute walk; (3) It is quite clean, and the room layout is reasonable. Compared with traditional star-rated hotels, it is simpler, all the necessary facilities are in reasonable places.
Disadvantages: The motorcycles flying outside the window from time to time are really noisy. If the floor is not high, can you consider using soundproof glass?
