房間很暗 空調操作複雜 其他還好
這次入住體驗非常滿意！酒店位置優越，交通便利，周邊餐飲購物都很方便。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，設施齊全，隔音效果也很好。早餐種類豐富，味道可口。尤其值得表揚的是客房服務響應迅速，工作人員態度親切，讓人倍感温馨。性價比超高，細節處處體現用心，下次出差或旅行還會選擇這裏！強烈推薦給需要的朋友，絕對是物超所值的入住體驗！

非常滿意，位置很好。地鐵和JR很近，購物吃飯也很方便。房間很新，設計很好而且人性化，早餐很棒，非常健康的早餐

出行前看了很多大阪站附近同等價位酒店的差評，有的是太老，有的服務不好，有的衞生不好，這家雖然有幾個差評，但不是我特別介意的硬傷。
帶娃住了三天，非常滿意，值得推薦和回購。
優點：
- 很房間設施都很新也很乾凈。很關鍵的是很多充電口！很多老的日本酒店都沒有usb充電口
- 房間空間足夠大，兩張單人床靠邊放，沒有浴缸，節省很多地方，大箱子可以攤開放
- 衞生淋浴乾濕分離
- 床品很舒服
- 地段方便，離大阪站800米，走路10分鐘，乘火車很方便。對面就有全家，附近還有很多餐飲，吃東西很方便
缺點：
- 整個酒店是夜店風，大堂很吵，電梯很暗，惠房間的路上會感覺有點吵鬧
- 酒店服務和餐食都是美式的，想體驗日式服務和早餐的不適合
- 我住的三樓靠大馬路的房間，晚上能聽到路上摩託車和附近火車的聲音。對於噪音敏感的人，要和前台要求找靠近小馬路的房間
- 洗澡水壓很小
