立地は最高にいいです。 エレベーターが1台しかなく、時間帯によっては非常に混雑します。 出張利用だと充分なクオリティだと思います。

It was close to the station and clean. On the other hand, even though it was a 14-story building, there was only one elevator and the stairs couldn't be used, so it was quite crowded, which was a bit of a disappointment. I was also bothered by the fact that the refrigerator didn't work very well and didn't get very cold. Cleaning isn't done for the first three nights (you can get new towels at the front desk), so this may not be the best choice for everyone.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable room. There is only one elevator, so it gets crowded in the morning.

It's about 300 meters from Honmachi subway station, making it convenient for visiting tourist attractions. Shinsaibashi is less than a 20-minute walk away. The surrounding area is mainly office space, so it's relatively clean and quiet, with several convenience stores nearby. The room was larger than expected, with a desk and chair, and the bathroom was especially nice. The receptionist I met spoke some Chinese, and the service was okay.
