Location of the hotel couldn't be better, right in the heart of Dotonbori. Room is good. We had all that we needed for a good night sleep. Bed and pillow were super comfy. Front desk staff were professional and efficient. Lawson is just next to the hotel.
We will stay here again should we visit Osaka shopping at this electrifying location.

There's too much dust. After 2 nights and 3 days, my throat is sore and my neck hurts.
There was old, black mold-like stuff coming out of the gap in the bathtub, so I couldn't use the bathtub and the exhaust fan was full of dust..I don't want to go there again.
Everything else was fine.
