Already reviewed the room in my other booking so will skip over that
Breakfast was great with a lot of choices. Would just suggest to the hotel to maybe start it earlier at 6.30am, for guests who want to set out early for day tours or to visit USJ

We spent a night at Cross Hotel Osaka before an early flight the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Namba Station (Exit 14) and right next to Dotonbori, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and eateries. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and we appreciated the option to enjoy a ‘socking bath’ after a long day of sightseeing. The value for the price was excellent, and we were really impressed. We would love to explore other hotels in this chain in the future!

It is located near Dotonbori, so much so that there are rooms with a view of the Dotonbori Glico sign, and it is located on a large road connecting Shinsaibashi and Namba, and is closer to Namba. I used the queen bed room alone, and the room size was not too small, and there was a separate closet and bathroom. It was convenient because I could store my luggage in a separate storage space on the first floor. There was a vending machine in the elevator hall.

The location is unbeatable. The service is indifferent by Japanese standards, but normal by global standards. The room I was given was very bad at first, so I asked for a room change. The only advantage of this hotel may be its location.
