The location is not in a busy area, but it is quiet. It is close to the subway station. There is a 7-11 next to it. The room has everything you need, but the TV is relatively small. The toilet is large. The facilities are very complete. There are free bottles of water. The service is very good.

Good location with large 7/11 opposite and Komeda's coffee around the corner on the main road. Also next to a metro stop although the line wasn't the most convenient for direct travel to the most popular places. Rooms were small for 3 but we managed fine and the bathrooms were a good size. Spotlessly clean and complimentary water provided. Would highly recommend.

The hotel is very conveniently located, exit 5 or 6 of Kitahama (K14). There is an elevator at No. 6, which is convenient for carrying luggage up and down. It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room is very clean, the bathroom provides large bottles of shampoo, conditioner & bath gel, and free bottled water is provided in the lobby. There are Seven Eleven and Lawson opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also self-service laundry and ice machine services. This is my second stay and it feels great!
