For unknown reasons, I booked a non-smoking room but it was shown as a smoking room! When checking in, the waiter insisted on not changing to a non-smoking room. The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, causing my young son to have severe tracheal sensitivity! I requested again the next day but was still rejected, however I still saw non-smoking rooms available on the website! I was really disappointed by the waiter's indifferent attitude!
Two strands of hair were also found on the Beiwai Yujiang River, which was very disgusting!
The toilet paper is too thin and breaks into pieces when touched!

Facilities: The facilities are quite new, the room is relatively small, and the aisle at the entrance is relatively narrow. My 28-inch suitcase basically had no space to pass through after unfolding in the aisle.

Location: There is an entrance to the subway station a few steps downstairs, about 3 stops to Nihonbashi. There is another subway line about 7 or 8 minutes' walk away, and it should only take 1 stop to Umeda (near Osaka Station).
