跟老公蜜月旅行的第三站來了日本大阪shopping！定了W的奇幻套房，地理位置很棒，離道頓堀很近，購物美食都很方便。
酒店知道我們來度蜜月提前給我們房間準備了小甜品和賀卡，並且在辦理入住時告知給我們免費升級了房型，真的是太驚喜了。
套房面積很大，180度的轉角落地窗，不管是白天還是夜景都很好看。大阪很顯著的黑色建築酒店，連浴袍也都是黑色的。房間每天打掃都很乾凈，還會給我們準備W特供面膜。
總體都很滿意！！

整體上比較滿意，我是不挑剔的人，大差不差即可，房間比較大，下水道有異味是敗筆，交通比較便利，特別是在心齋橋附近很好👍，早餐品種還可以。入住時沒有中文客服，日本小姐姐checkin時要我額外付早餐費用，不知道是故意還是無意，因為訂單上很清楚顯示包含早餐，是因為我不會日語嗎？還是因為我英語不好，容易糊弄呢！希望服務質量能提高一點！

一直很喜歡W酒店的風格，這回選擇大阪的W真的是非常正確
設施：設施齊全，不愧是五星級酒店，早餐也很好吃，健身房，游泳池等設施設備齊全
衞生：乾淨衞生沒得説
環境：夜店風的環境太讚了，周邊吃的也很多，推薦樓下的小藍瓶咖啡，裏心齋橋和難波也很近，基本走路就到，地鐵也方便，斜對面就是大丸，購物也很方便
服務：所有人都很熱情，基本都有中文服務，英語溝通也沒有問題，以後還會選擇各地的W酒店

The hotel is new, clean, modern, location at CBD along the street of international brands. Not really crowded and walking distance to tourist area of Shinaibashi. There is a mega department store Daimaru. Transport is excellent convenient with direct train to airport, JR rail and underground lines . Breakfast at @ 4800 Yen and there is a government accommodation tax per night of stay.
There is a mini bar with charging beverages. But the refrigerator is not cold enough.

Absolutely stunning experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, the location was unbeatable, and every interaction with staff felt warm and professional. The amenities were exactly what you’d expect from a W — stylish, functional, and indulgent. We were celebrating a special occasion and the team made it feel even more memorable. Would absolutely return - this would be our second stay!

房間還是很大的，現代感很強，很新，地理位置好，離心齋橋非常近，床挺舒服，第二天還送了格里高，一次性物品品質很好，但是一樓和大堂會有一些雜亂，房價偏高。
