Randor Hotel Namba Osaka Suites

I am satisfied with the facilities and cleanliness, but I feel the price is high considering that meals are not included.

The location is truly excellent, with convenient access to drugstores, convenience stores, anime, and restaurants. The hotel is right on the subway, especially right after you get off. We booked a two-room suite with a bathtub and a washing machine with a laundry pod. We also provided hangers and a clothes drying rack for laundry, which we could roll out onto the balcony. We had pots and pans ready for cooking, and cups for drinks. Both rooms were spacious, with ample space for walking after accommodating two double beds. There was also a living room and dining room, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. It was truly wonderful. One minor drawback of this hotel is that they don't have housekeeping service, and towels need to be changed at the first-floor counter. However, this was a minor issue for us on this trip and didn't affect us much. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Osaka soon. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Osaka.

Due to a problem with the reservation site, the room picture at the time of reservation was different from the actual room, so when I consulted about it, they were able to upgrade the room. The room was clean and I would like to use it again.

Right next to Exit 1-B of Sakaisuji Line K18 ~ super convenient

泊まるだけなら洗濯機が部屋にあるのは良かったです。ですがリビングのエアコンの効きがイマイチで寒かったです。冬は寒いと思います。綺麗にリフォームしてありますが床とかは柔らかくなってる部分もあったりお風呂もジェットバスと書いてあったので使いましたが白いカスが浮いてきました。使わない方がいいかもしれません。テレビのアマプラもネトフリは別の人のログインが残ったままでした。
