The hotel has a festive Christmas atmosphere! The staff were nice and welcoming. Our room was also relatively larger compared to other hotels in the same price range in Osaka, which was a pleasant surprise.

Beautiful hotel, great location for subway and walking distance to Osaka station. Breakfast option is not great. The hotel is beautiful though and very comfortable and spacious room.

The newly opened hotels in the second half of 2024 are about 10-15 minutes away from subway/JR stations, which is not particularly convenient. The big room and big bed are the selling points, but the quality of the bed is not good. When the other half turns over, you can clearly feel the bed shaking. The sound insulation is not very good. You can hear the conversation and TV in the next room.
It is recommended to eat at the ramen shop opposite the restaurant. It is open until 1 a.m., it is affordable and delicious, and it can recharge your body after a day of fatigue.
