The hotel is in a great location, right near Tsutenkaku and close to Nipponbashi. It is conveniently located with subway stations in all four directions. It takes less than half an hour to get to Universal Studios. You can walk to Shinkyogu Station and take the Nankai tram to Kansai Airport T1 Terminal in less than an hour. There are many choices for meals, from barbecue, ramen to beef rice. There are Family Mart, Lawson, New World Don Quijote and some Chinese supermarkets nearby. The hotel has complete facilities. Disposable items such as slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste and laundry detergent can be picked up on demand on the first floor. Bottled water, hangers and towels can be replenished by mobile phone orders. The room is quite large and can unfold our 3 suitcases. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Osaka.

I was surprised because I thought the air conditioner was broken. It felt cold even at 31 degrees. Also, the toothbrush was hard and hurt a little. The shampoo and conditioner were good. The room size was good for four adults. Parking was quite a problem. It was difficult to find a good one, which was inconvenient.
