Airport Direct Apartment 1min from Namba Station

Actually, everything was quite good **except for the Chinese maid who unlocked the door before we checked out when we were not in the room and our iPad was missing!!! Previously, we could contact normally, but when we asked about the iPad, the owner did not reply for a day. Previously, my sister booked this room on another platform for 4 nights and her flight back was postponed, so she had to book another night. So, I looked for a place nearby and I found this place. In the end, it was the same place, but with a different name from the other platform. On the day of check-out, the Chinese maid (who could not communicate in English) unlocked the door and entered the room herself since 09.30 and entered without permission even though we were not in the room. She came to wash clothes in the kitchen. So, we were asked to pack our things to leave the room and the maid sent us some small things from the kitchen. After packing, we looked into the kitchen, but we did not see anything left in the kitchen. After coming out and going to the airport, we found that the iPad was missing. But we had to rush to catch the plane. When we arrived, we immediately contacted the owner of the room, but did not receive a reply for a day. If anyone is going to choose a room here, please be careful with your belongings. Whoever said that you can get your belongings back in Japan does not apply to this accommodation.
