Liked · The size of the rooms were nice and overall there was more space than most places we stayed at. The washing machine was a nice to have. Nice and close(ish) to two lines and a Family Mart x 2. Disliked · We tried to cancel the accommodation after payment and were completely and utterly treated like trash with no options to change our booking (even with a neurodiverse child). We arrived early (a few hours) and there was very little space to leave our luggage and we struggled to see the numbers on the lock box to get the key. The place had never been dusted or cleaned (see photos). The light in the bathroom worked some days and other days it wouldn't. The doors were barricaded so you couldn't go outside. The TV was centered around "Apple" (and we had Android, so couldn't even get Chromecast to work) - Batteries in the TV remote were low. Cabling in the place in our country would be a health and safety hazard. Toilet wasn't cleaned properly either. Drying rack for clothes was barely enough to put a handful of items on it, if it stayed up. The paint in the bathroom on the roof was flaking and the air vents had so much dust in them they were revolting. The bath couldn't be smaller if you tried.

Happy Unit is in good location. The unit is also fairly good condition

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Very convenient, close to grocery stores, train and subway station, and many great restaurants. Very nice neighborhood.

The property is in a good position, near the railway and underground lines. I've found the balcony glasses not so clean.
