It's very clean and the guests are very welcoming. Staying with friends doesn't feel as unsafe as people say online.

I used the mixed room on the 2nd floor for 2 nights and 3 days. Location It is near Dobutsuenmae Station, which is 2 stops from Namba. When going to Namba and coming from Namba, you can come to this station. In addition to Dobutsuenmae Station, if you walk a little further, there is Shin-Imamiya Station. I used it when going to Universal Studios. Hotel layout 1st floor counter and common space There are tables, a shared kitchen, and a laundry room. Free use of the refrigerator. I used it once to freeze water. There is no space to eat in the mixed room, so I sat at the table on the 1st floor and ate openly. The laundry room is paid. You can use the washing machine for 300 yen and the dryer for 200 yen by inserting a coin. Detergent is provided. Note) The washing machine took about 30-40 minutes, and the dryer took about an hour and a half? It takes a long time. 2nd floor mixed room Toilet (spacious) on the left, carrier room. Locker room on the right. You can store your carrier in the carrier room. It feels like they just leave it there instead of locking it somewhere. There were no theft issues, but if you're worried, you can lock it with a carrier lock. When you check in, you can use the locker that matches your number. It's small. You can think of it as the smallest coin locker room in the subway station. It feels like a capsule hotel, but everyone moves carefully enough to be seen trying to be quiet. Everyone is considerate. There was some rustling, but it didn't feel too noisy. I couldn't hear anyone talking. If you have trouble sleeping because you snore, there are earplugs provided at the counter. You can take them for free and use them. 3rd floor women's room, 4th-5th floor private room? I didn't use it, so I don't know. They say there's a shoe dryer on the 5th floor, but it didn't rain, so I didn't use it. 6th floor shower room When you open the door and go in, the powder room is on the right and the shower room is on the left. There were 4 single-person shower rooms. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided inside. (The one you refill at the motel) If you don't have your own towel, you can rent one for 200 yen at the counter on the first floor. Just use it and put it in the basket in front of the door. You can take disposable toothpaste & toothbrush and disposable razor (double blade) for free at the counter. Note) There is no one at the counter late at night or early in the morning, so rent a shower towel in advance or hang it on a hanger to dry and use it again. There are 3 hair dryers in the powder room next door, so you can choose and use them. Almost all the guests were Westerners. (I saw only one Asian.) The location is not good, but it is much cleaner than I thought. There is Wi-Fi. The password is written on the counter. I tried to wash up before leaving early in the morning, but there was no one at the counter, so I was surprised. This was a little disappointing. The bed and pillows are soft and nice. There is no smell. There are curtains and lights at each seat, so you can just close the curtains and turn on the lights at night. There are two outlets. There are hangers on the wall next to the bed, and there are public hangers on the right side of the second floor. Nearby tourist attractions include Shinsekai Market, Tsutenkaku, and Tennoji Zoo. If you walk further, you can find Harukas 300 Observatory, Isshinji, and Shitennoji, but they are in an ambiguous location to walk to?
