The customer service at the front desk was random after the call was connected, but one of them had a very unfriendly attitude and used an interrogative tone. It really made me angry! The room conditions were OK except that the bed was relatively low, it was not cleaned, and the towels were not changed. But if you don't know English, it is recommended not to stay here. Take the Kansai Airport bus to Hotel New Hankyu, although it takes two to three minutes longer than Herbis, but the route is more convenient.
