This was my first hotel in Japan and I'm glad I chose it! A comfortable small room for one with a sink inside, a wide bed and a refrigerator. The toilet was in the hallway opposite the room, the shower was on the floor.
The staff is very friendly, the girl at the reception told me where to try street food and kindly answered all my questions.
After checkout, you can leave your luggage until the evening for free.
Cons:
- There is a road nearby, you can hear it. It is not very noisy at night, it did not interfere with my sleep, but if you are sensitive to sounds, take care of earplugs.
- The room was cooler than I was comfortable with. It is warm under the blanket, but if I spent more time in the room, I would like it to be warmer.

The most perfect hotel. The receptionist is good and polite. There is a notification before the check-in date. With very good advice I feel very welcome. Inside the room is clean. And the room is big enough to store a big bag. And there are electrical appliances, air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, air purifier. The location is near the subway. Very convenient and safe. It's great. I am very impressed. And will come back to stay here again for sure.

Booking for double bedroom, I have great nights here. The room was clean and comfy. Enough space with washbasin, TV and even air purifier. 2 toilets and 1 shower room outside for each floor. At 10th floor is Sky lounge where you can chill and do your kitchen there. Staff is nice and can communicate in English.
