We took the Sujidone Subway Line from the Shinkansen Station (Shin-Osaka Station) to Honmachi Station. There is an elevator at Exit 16 to the ground. Turn right and you will see Starbucks. The previous guest's trash was still there. I told the front desk the next day where it was and asked them to clean it up, but when I returned to the room at night it was still there. When I stayed at the same hotel before, there was hair in the shampoo bottle. I have been disappointed with the cleaning twice in two stays. I have doubts about the 4-star rating on Trip.com.
