One of the best hotel we ever stayed. Most of their staff can speak English and are very helpful. The lobby provides free replenishment of simple toiletries. There is a lounge at L3 which opens fr 2pm-10pm where one can get free hot and cold beverages (non-alcoholic). Hotel guests also get to use free Onsen at Level 4, accessed via our room card.
They replenish generously the daily coffee/tea bags in the room everyday.
The location is very good, just 5 mins walk to Shin Osaka station where metro, trains, Shinkansen are all located. Right next to hotel are 24h minimart, and plenty of authentic Japanese F&B joints.
Definitely going to stay here when I come back to Osaka again.

The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from the train station. There is a convenience store downstairs, a car rental company and a supermarket nearby, and there is also a great sea bream white soup ramen shop🥰

I had a fantastic stay the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Great value for the price—highly recommended!

The hotel is relatively close to the Shin-osaka subway/railway station. There is a convenience store downstairs. The stay was very good.
