Dotonbori Shinsaibashi Hotel Reviews

The location is very close to shopping street just crossing the road. There is a mart nearby easily to survive. But the host did not send a comfirmation on the day before checked in so I needed to ask for it which is a bit lack of comcerned. Overall is nice and good choice to stay.

Very nice location close to the tourist places

Hotel doesn't have people at check in but it's done through a tablet pc, having an actual human would be a welcome touch so that problems can be dealt with quickly instead of needing to email. Room was nice, location is very good right next to dotonbori river.

The location is good. But it was cold even with the heating on in early February.

Although small, it has everything a convenient hotel should have. It is located next to the Dotonbori River and near Nihonbashi. If you are joining a one-day tour, it is very convenient to go to the meeting point. Check-in and check-out are all self-service and easy to operate, but it takes a bit of effort to open the password lock of the room door. The tatami bed saves space to a certain extent. The price is acceptable...

The price is affordable and this trip will leave early and return late. Mainly shopping, this is a good place. A 5- to 10-minute walk is already Shinsaibashi Dotonbori. You can put down your things after shopping and go shopping again.

I really like the tatami. I thought it would be very comfortable for a family of 3. However, from 2 a.m. onwards, there were children crying and toilet flushing sounds. It should be from upstairs, neighbors, or downstairs. It was so clear that I couldn't sleep. It's a pity. This is the only disadvantage. Advantages: good location, easy to find, river view when opening the window, self check-in and check-out

The environment is simple. The room is not warm in winter, even with the air conditioner on.

The location was really good. But like all accommodations in Japan... the facilities were very cute.
