It's quite comfortable for three) three large suitcases can be easily shuffled when unpacked.
Several metro stations are nearby. Dotonbori is within walking distance.
There is a balcony.
There are disposable slippers and brushes. But that's it. No sponges, no cotton swabs. Modest.
There wasn't even a bottle of water when we checked in. Had to run to the store.
There are no instructions on how to use the washing machine. It turns out that you have to open the tap additionally so that the water starts to fill the machine. The tap is slightly above the washing machine, white.
And also - the floor near the sofa is very slippery.
Take care of yourself.

The location was excellent, providing easy access to Tsutenkaku Tower and Shinsekai, major tourist attractions in Osaka. The convenient access to these sights allowed us to enjoy ourselves late into the night without any worries. Check-in and check-out were smooth and problem-free, and the room was very clean, likely due to its relatively new construction. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Osaka.
