I checked in at 8pm Japan time. The hotel staff distributed keys, towels, toiletries, a small amount of tissues and a Chinese check-in instruction sheet (which was really good). The only downside was that the elevator had a new smell.

The location is right in front of Tsutenkaku and the price is amazing!
I don't expect facilities or cleanliness. I think it's good because it has the minimum facilities for this price.
There are many restaurants nearby.
I got a cheap room without meals.
The toilet, washroom, shower, and bathroom are shared, and shampoo, body soap, cotton swabs, and a hair dryer are provided (they use a good hair dryer).
You can get a face towel at the reception. If you need more, please buy one yourself. There is no shower room.
The whole place smells like aroma? It smells all the time. The room didn't smell that bad. It was a futon instead of a bed.
There are many options, but for the same price you'd get a capsule hotel, so if you want a minimum of privacy, I recommend this private room.
