前台服務員英文很好，能夠順利溝通，英文不好的也會翻譯幫網解決問題。可以行李寄存，夜晚起飛的我不用擔心行李問題。整體來說，房間整潔，一個人住剛剛好，不過單人房的冷氣發出怪聲，令我兩晚都無法睡覺，希望服務員能夠認真檢查，如果冷氣機問題解決了，我一定會回住!!

ユニバーサルスタジオジャパンへ行く際に利用しました。

근처 역은 오사카역이랑 우메다역이 있었는데 그렇게 오래 걸리지 않아서 좋았어요. 직원분께서도 친절하게 체크인 해주셨고

（セブンイレブンとローソンがホテル左右にあり）
・アーリーチェックインなどのリクエストなど事前連絡を何度もするが、返信なし
・受付接遇はバイトレベル、英会話OK
・指定された時間になっても、部屋準備が間に合わず
・利用部屋の目の前は建物、何も見えない
・建物裏側の部屋は静か
・バストイレは一緒、バスタブ狭め、若干カビ臭い
・アメニティ種類少ない
・冷蔵庫は冷却機能が弱い、ウォーターサービスなし
・コーヒーサービスあるが利用せず、詳細不明
・フロント奥に電子レンジあり
・荷物預かりOK
・傘貸し出しOK
・リモコン類は謎のベタつき
・禁煙は徹底されており、臭いなし
・ダブルベットの部屋だが、電源1箇所のみ
・エアコン効き良い、空気清浄機はなし
・JR利用者には遠距離で不便
連休中で宿泊費高めだったので
この価格帯なら今後は他のホテルを選びます
