For the price you can’t really complain… in the center of the working class district, the wall paper was a bit concerning and dirty but location is great to get around Osaka

Rather than a business hotel, it feels more like an apartment with rooms of about 3 tatami mats. It's cheaper than a dormitory and has a private room, and an acquaintance of mine who said he just wants to get some sleep has been coming back.
If you don't like smoking, you'll have to choose a non-smoking room, otherwise it'll be pretty tough.
The receptionists were nice.

Location is good, near to convenience stores, eateries and onsens. Neighbourhood is quiet at night but just be careful of drunkards. Cleanliness is average. Female toilet located on ground floor, shower room requires access permission. A typical “business hotel” package or chain in Osaka (were they previously motel?) with the small female-only toilets and bigger male and shared toilets. This one is very similar to another business hotel I stayed in the vicinity
