The nearest subway exit to the hotel is Exit 12, but there are many stairs.
Travelers with suitcases can exit at Exit 7. There are elevators along the way.
The hotel is located at the end of Shinsaibashi. There are many shops downstairs, such as Kamiza Ramen, Udon, drugstore, 7-11, Family Mart, very convenient!
The economy twin room was not spacious enough, and it was difficult to open the suitcases and move around the room. Next time I book, I will choose the deluxe TWIN ROOM. The mattress is a bit sunken in the middle, so sleeping on the edge is more comfortable. 
The front desk staff and housekeeping are very friendly! The room is clean, but the soundproofing is average. You can hear the housekeeping vacuum cleaner in the morning.
It took me a while to figure out how to open the window in the room. I suggest providing written instructions, which would be more convenient for out-of-town tourists.
The hotel includes breakfast from 06:30 to 09:30, but I didn't try it because I slept late every day. The washing and drying machine costs 500 yen, which is reasonable. I used the massage chair in the lobby once and it was great.

There is free breakfast, a large public bath, free comics, and free snacks. It is very close to the Honmachi subway station. Shinsaibashi shopping street is right outside. Very good hotel. The downside is that the room is a bit small. Everything else is very good. High co value. Highly recommended

Near homanchi station ,breakfast maybe can have more type of choice. I was stay 6 night the breakfast everyday almost same. Hotel got hot springs after a day can go for hot spring is great for relax. And hotel provide with happy hours everyday from 18:30 - 20:00.
