京セラドームでのライブの為に宿泊させて頂きました。
1人でツインルームを予約しましたが
お部屋もとても清潔でお風呂も綺麗で良かったです。
アメニティ類も必要なものは揃っており2泊3日で中間清掃はお願いせずにいたらドアの前に新しいバスタオルを置いていいただいておりました。
深夜にホテルに戻り自動チェックインしようとしたらすぐスタッフの方が出てきて下さりチェックインもスムーズに行えました。また大阪に行く機会ございましたら是非利用したいです。

Even though the hotel is kid-friendly, the area, which isn't typically a family hotel zone, made me feel a bit suspicious and worried. However, the space was very large.

The hotel is very close to the Jusan Station, quiet, clean, and convenient for eating around. It does not require a transfer to go to Kobe, and it takes more than 30 minutes to go directly. It is one stop to Umeda, which is very convenient.

The room had a separate bathroom and toilet, which was nice.
The twin room had a 90cm wide bed, but the room I stayed in had two double beds, so I was able to relax.
There was no nightstand or table, and only one chair at the desk, so I had trouble finding a place to eat, put my smartphone, and cups.
The refrigerator was broken, so even on the lowest setting, the milk and salad froze hard overnight, so I had to throw them away.
There was a loud beeping sound. The mug was chipped a little.
The room was clean, but the dust in the corners of the elevator floor bothered me.
TV only has terrestrial digital and BS broadcasts.
Cups and an electric kettle are provided, but no water, coffee, or tea.
Microwave in the lobby.
If you don't mind the leisure hotel district, it's about 5 minutes from the station.
One station from Osaka, easy access to Kyoto and Kobe, and a cheap place to stay.
The people at the front desk were nice.

Very good value for money
The room is so spacious
Not far from Station 13, there are many restaurants and old shopping streets along the way.
There is mos burger/donki/family mart downstairs
It’s very convenient to take Hankyu to Kyoto/Umeda
Will stay again next time in Osaka
