非常不錯的酒店！床鋪舒適，地理位置不錯，離車站稍微需要步行一些距離，臨時晚上定的還有優惠！印象最深刻的還是它超級寬敞明亮的廁所！在日本平價酒店裡，這麼大的廁所真的很少見。

Front desk very polite gentleman. This hotel allowed guest to store suitcase, that is a bouns point. Breakfast is excellent.
I would highly recommend to others to stay here n try out.

The hotel's front desk staff is friendly and the location is excellent. It takes about 3 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Kuromon Market. Compared to other Japanese hotels, the rooms at Crystal Hotel are relatively large and comfortable. The restroom didn't feel too cramped.
There are also many convenience stores and drug stores near the hotel.

房型不錯，地理交通位置很好，乘做地鐵機場大巴都非常非常方便，去逛大阪商業街非常方便，抬腿即可到，附近吃喝玩樂齊全。

The hotel was located in a great location, close to all hot spots in the heart of Osaka.
The down side is they don't give any amenities except a bottle of water.
