為了看世博會預訂的酒店，房間不大，凳子很臟。服務太糟了，我訂了8晚入住，期間外出幾天需要存行李要付1000元每件；房間的凳子很臟，多要一條毛巾鋪墊還要額外收費，據理力爭搞了好久，有點失望。其實酒店位置不錯，交通特別方便，可惜服務太差強人意了。

The hotel is clean and in a good location, so I would recommend it, but I was disappointed with Trip.com's response.
Although this hotel provides a free light breakfast to all guests, Trip.com is selling a plan with breakfast that is 1,500 yen more expensive than the plan without breakfast.
In other words, even if you purchase the plan with breakfast that is 1,500 yen more expensive, you will still receive a free light breakfast, so you will end up losing out.
I explained this to trip.com, but they have not yet made any improvements, so please be careful when booking.

房間位置就在車站旁邊，非常近，去哪裡都很方便。房間如圖，大小還可以，有浴缸，自己帶一個浴缸袋就可以泡澡，很方便。距離車站近真的太好了，我們有一天要去環球，從酒店出發，十幾分鍾就到了，便捷度是有的。酒店周圍沒有探索過，每天玩回來就很晚了。酒店有一個天台，晚上可以到天台看看夜景，感覺也還可以。早餐非常簡單，就衹有小餐包和咖啡、酸奶之類，應急吃一點還可以。想吃好一點，那就還是出去吧。

Very good location for Osaka Expo, breakfast got many different type but sold out also very fast. A bit sad for the gym using fee is requested via booking by unofficial website and luggage storing in front desk also requested charges.
